I don't know this guy, but he's from an anime called Harukanaru toki no naka ( i have no idea of what it means, but...he's sooo sexy!! )

Morimura Tenma from "Harukanaru Toki no Naka DE" haha don't forget the "de" at the end. Tenma's the Chi no Seiryuu, one of the 8 Hachiyou who exist to protect the Ryuujin no Miko, aka Akane. Many people say that Haruka's a cheap rip-off of FY, but... the only similarities that they use are the gods of directions; Seiryuu, Byakko, Genbu & Suzaku. The rest couldn't be any more different.

Tenma, Akane and Shimon are the only three charas in Haruka 1 that are from "our world" aka our timeline. All the other charas are from the Heian Jidai.
